EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We offer an exchange policy provided all terms and conditions are met as set out in our policy. We do not accept or give any refunds but in certain circumstances we offer a voucher which can be used on our site within 3 months from the date of the voucher for the same amount value or greater after any deductions.

Exchange policy terms and conditions:

  • The item should be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  • It must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and free from any stains or odors including but not limited to perfumes/colognes.
  • Sorry no exchanges or vouchers will be accepted on sale items, final sale, promotions, free delivery, gifts given with item purchased. Only full regular priced items may be exchanged.
  • All cost related to exchange item including but not limited to courier, taxes, duties you will be responsible to pay.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 
  • Items received as gifts that were purchased on this site carry same exchange policy and conditions apply.
  • An exchange or voucher will be given only 1 time to each customer requiring this.
Cancellation Policy:

Once an item is ordered and the payment completed, the order cannot be cancelled.


If any part of these Terms and Conditions is declared illegal or becomes unenforceable, the remaining terms will not be affected and will continue to be in force. These Terms and Conditions shall be ruled and governed by the laws of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. Unless agreed otherwise in writing by Acivva Traders FZ LLE and you, these Terms and Conditions precede over any other terms and conditions.
